I'm taking part in the Oxford half marathon 2026 in support of Thames Valley Air Ambulance. Their crews are there for people when they need them the most. TVAA are not government or lottery funded, and rely on the generosity of the community, like you, to provide the best critical care at the scene and beyond. Thank you for your support!

Sunday 11th Oct Finished! Oxford done in 1 hour, 39 minutes and 50 seconds….10 seconds under my target! Share
Warm up successfully achieved!
Saturday 3rd Oct Thought I’d better test a longer distance this morning with just over a week to go……10 miles done in 1 hour 14 minutes…..so that’s a target of under 1 hour 40 minutes for the full thing Sunday week! Share
