Running a Half Marathon for Thames Valley Air Ambulance
Thursday 18th JunIn October I’ll be taking on the challenge of running a half marathon to raise money for Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
I’ve chosen to support this incredible charity because they provide life-saving emergency medical care to people across our region. Their crews bring advanced treatment directly to patients when every second counts, helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Training for a half marathon has pushed me out of my comfort zone and required dedication, perseverance, and many miles of running. Knowing that every step can help support the vital work of Thames Valley Air Ambulance keeps me motivated.
The charity relies on donations from the public to continue operating, and every contribution, no matter how small, can help them continue saving lives.
