I'm taking part in the Oxford half marathon for Thames Valley Air Ambulance!

I'm taking part in the Oxford Half Marathon 2026 in support of Thames Valley Air Ambulance — and this cause is deeply personal to me.

In February 2026, our son Sebastian, who is quadriplegic and dependent on mandatory ventilation, became critically ill with pneumonia and needed an emergency transfer. Because of the complexity of his care, TVAA's critical care team were the only ones who could safely get him to the help he needed. We'll never be able to fully repay that.

TVAA's crews are there for people at the moments they need them most. They receive no government or lottery funding and rely entirely on the generosity of communities like ours to keep providing world-class critical care, at the scene and beyond.
