I'm taking part in the Oxford half marathon for Thames Valley Air Ambulance!

I'm taking part in the Oxford half marathon 2026 in support of Thames Valley Air Ambulance. A group of 5 of us are running for men’s mental health after our friend committed suicide a few months ago. When he was younger, he was upset he wasn't able to fly in air ambulance and since then decided to donate his pocket money to Air Ambulance charities. He got his wish to fly in one in the end.
