My target 40 mi
I'm taking on 40 miles in March!
40 miles matches the average distance that the Thames Valley Air Ambulance helicopter flies to reach an emergency. The challenge is to walk, run, swim, cycle or wheel my way to 40 miles, while helping Thames Valley Air Ambulance crews be there for people when they need them the most. TVAA are not government or lottery funded, and rely on the generosity of the community, like you, to provide the best critical care at the scene and beyond. Thank you for your support!

Getting ready.
Sunday 8th Feb I've never really seen cycling as anything other than a bit of fun. Or taken it seriously. This time I feel like its part of my life. Well certainly for a month. Here I am every evening looking and smart watches and headphones to wear for the mission clothing and even new bikes. All to let the memory of Hayden live on in our hearts and minds. What an honour to be raising money for TVAA. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
