As an experienced runner and mountain enthusiast, I’ve spent time in remote environments where I developed a profound appreciation for the vital lifeline provided by Thames Valley Air Ambulance and other organisations. I am running the 2026 Oxford Half to support their advanced crews, who provide life-saving critical care when it's needed most. Because TVAA receives no government or lottery funding, they rely entirely on the community to keep their helicopters and medical teams in the air.
