I'm taking on 80 miles of running in March!
So i've decided to challenge myself to complete not 40 but 80miles of running in March for Thames Valley Air Ambulance & I really need your help in reaching my £100 target🙏 Last November I had to stop running due to a suspected torn/pulled muscle in my diaphragm, I have struggled alot but it feels like it's healed. So just a few weeks ago I laced up for a gentle jog/walk, nervous as hell but I loved it, i'm listening to my body & now i'm running comfortably at a steadier pace to avoid overdoing things, if my body feels I can then I know I can do this.
