I'm taking on 40, 80, or 160 miles in March!
40 miles matches the average distance that the Thames Valley Air Ambulance helicopter flies to reach an emergency. The challenge is to walk, run, swim, cycle or wheel my way to 40, 80, or 160 miles, while helping Thames Valley Air Ambulance crews be there for people when they need them the most. TVAA are not government or lottery funded, and rely on the generosity of the community, like you, to provide the best critical care at the scene and beyond. Thank you for your support!

Sunday 1st Mar Think rain is better to run in than nice weather around a lake as swallowed more midgies than air, the lake was attracting them far too well today - wasn’t enjoyable so tomorrow we run in the morning before work whilst they are hopefully sleeping still 🤣🏃💨 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
