I'm taking on 40 miles in March
I'm taking on 40, 80, or 160 miles this March!
40 miles matches the average distance that the Thames Valley Air Ambulance helicopter flies to reach an emergency. The challenge is to walk, run, swim, cycle or wheel my way to 40, 80, or 160 miles, while helping Thames Valley Air Ambulance crews be there for people when they need them the most. TVAA are not government or lottery funded, and rely on the generosity of the community, like you, to provide the best critical care at the scene and beyond. Thank you for your support!

You are such an inspiration. I don’t think you realise how strong and resilient you are, yet you remain humble and dedicated to making the lives of those around you so much better. You have overcome what most people will gladly never experience. Keep going Catherine, I know you’ll do it x x x
