I'm taking on 40, 80, or 160 miles this March!
40 miles matches the average distance that the Thames Valley Air Ambulance helicopter flies to reach an emergency. The challenge is to walk, run, swim, cycle or wheel my way to 40, 80, or 160 miles, while helping Thames Valley Air Ambulance crews be there for people when they need them the most. TVAA are not government or lottery funded, and rely on the generosity of the community, like you, to provide the best critical care at the scene and beyond. Thank you for your support!

Saturday 8th FebThis March I am going to be completing 40 miles of running walking, swimming or cycling.
By raising money for TVAA we are helping keep critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots on the frontline and assisting ambulance crews in the road with specialist skills/treatments.
40 miles will match the average distance our helicopter flies to reach an emergency within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or Oxfordshire.
TVAA responded to 1,095 call outs in Buckinghamshire, 943 in Oxfordshire, 1,177 in Berkshire and 78 in the surrounding areas across 2023. Crews responded to 313 call outs in May alone, making it the busiest month of the year.
