I'm taking on 80 miles in March!
40 miles matches the average distance that the Thames Valley Air Ambulance helicopter flies to reach an emergency. The challenge is to swim & cycle or wheel my way to 80, miles, while helping Thames Valley Air Ambulance crews be there for people when they need them the most. TVAA are not government or lottery funded, and rely on the generosity of the community, like you, to provide the best critical care at the scene and beyond. Thank you for your support!

Wednesday 11th Feb This is going to be tough going for me in March but I’m going to do a combination of swim 🏊♀️ and cycle using a recumbent bike 🚲 as I can’t ride a normal bike for medical reasons.Wish me luck!!! 🍀
