Mission 40 2025

I'm taking on 40 miles in March

I'm taking on 80 miles (128km) this March!

40 miles matches the average distance that the Thames Valley Air Ambulance helicopter flies to reach an emergency. The challenge is to walk, run, swim, cycle or wheel my way to 80 miles, while helping Thames Valley Air Ambulance crews be there for people when they need them the most. TVAA are not government or lottery funded, and rely on the generosity of the community, like you, to provide the best critical care at the scene and beyond. Thank you for your support!

On my journey to get my fitness back and drop that baby weight, I joined a challenge to keep me accountable and raise money for a great cause whilst I’m at it.

For the month of March, I will be walking/running (unlikely to be honest haha)/cycling or swimming 80 miles (128.7km). I set a healthy target to make it more challenging for me.

If you are able to donate anything at all, I’d really appreciate it..
