I'm taking on 40, 80, or 160 miles in March!
40 miles matches the average distance that the Thames Valley Air Ambulance helicopter flies to reach an emergency. The challenge is to walk, run, swim, cycle or wheel my way to 40, 80, or 160 miles, while helping Thames Valley Air Ambulance crews be there for people when they need them the most. TVAA are not government or lottery funded, and rely on the generosity of the community, like you, to provide the best critical care at the scene and beyond. Thank you for your support!

Mission 40!
Saturday 7th Mar I’m Steph a paramedic working along side these amazing crews at TVAA. Not only do I get to see the amazing work they do in a professional capacity, I have personal experience with them after they supported my own family in a time of critical need.I’m doing this mission following major surgery and what an amazing way to get back to running and walking by supporting TVAA whilst doing it.
